Key Responsibilities

·         Build and maintain consistent and clear communications updates on all business development areas of interest and contacts

·         Conduct research on technological innovations and key players in precision agriculture and their corresponding companies

·         Maintain competitive analysis on precision agriculture capabilities

·         Identify areas of interest from non-industry participants

·         Project manage business development pilots or partnerships, coordinate cross-functional teams that may include R&D, regional, commercial, marketing, regulatory and other members

·         Communicate project value to diverse stakeholders including executive management

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, agriculture, or other scientific field

Qualifications

    4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, agriculture, or other scientific field

  • Possess excellent requirements gathering and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • A keen sense of translating work back to the business value derived

  • Able to handle conflicts and approach negotiations in a diplomatic but confident manner

Additional desired qualifications:


  • Previous experience prioritizing and breaking down complex requests into small chunks

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business partners

  • The ability to be comfortable with the unknown, ask questions, be inquisitive, be a self-starter

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact with other team members, and business stakeholders as well as people of all levels in the company.
