Brief Description 

The Marketing Specialist I will be responsible for supporting new and existing marketing campaigns across email and product marketing platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about contributing to larger marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for helping us build our brand and provide administrative and operational assistance.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities 


  • Work closely and collaboratively with the marketing and sales team, sales representatives and distributor base

  • Ability to conduct online search projects and webinar presentations

  • Follow up with business development leads

  • Maintain online video presence

  • Coordinate the printing and ordering of marketing and sales materials

  • Manage direct mail and email campaigns

  • Provide timely and accurate sales reporting to representative network and sales managers

  • Manage and maintain customer databases

  • Knowledge of social media platforms

  • Detail oriented with an ability to multitask and work in a team setting

  • Coordinate all aspects of trade show file management

Qualifications

Job Requirements 


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and 3 years of experience required

  • Project Management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects with little or no supervision

  • Organized with high attention to detail

  • Knowledge of Marketing digital tools and techniques

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to communicate with all levels of a corporation

  • Excellent people skills with ability to maintain internal and external relationships

  • Strong computer skills with strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
