Job Description:

Mission Details

• Prioritise safety over production – HSE component is key


• Is expected to drive cultural and behavioural change in production if requested in the local context.


• Organises and runs production unit. Controls the ratio between tools, machines, equipment and the production needs.


• Is responsible for the scheduling and team planning to manufacture products of quality, in compliance with the time and cost constraints in order to meet the operational objectives set by the management.


• Controls and follows-up on the production unit activity and is proactive in providing solutions and improvements if needed (investments, evolution of production processes).


• Execute the production plan and optimising the resources needed for that.


• Is expected to identify and delivery continuous improvements for all processes

Tasks

• Coaching, training, and development of team members in their roles and also in corporate policies including but not limited to HSE management systems, MOC system, and formalizes and document Management System procedures.


• Practice safe work habits in accordance with local regulations, and Bostik specific HSE expectations


• Manage production resources to meet operational objectives


• Maximise the throughput and asset efficiency


• Manage daily production schedules


• Develop staff to support operational objectives
