Job Description:

Job Title: Call Center Representative

Department: Pharmacy

Reports To:  Pharmacist in Charge

PURPOSE: Provide exceptional customer service to customer requests for scheduling Covid vaccinations at Cub Pharmacies.  This role requires creating a connection with our customers, excellent communication skills and strong phone etiquette.  Works collaboratively with call center colleagues and pharmacy/office teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Manages Pharmacy Covid vaccination schedule.


• Provide the best experience for our customers.


• Communicates with customers by phone.


• Maintains and updates customer information.


• Completes calls and tasks timely according to established metrics.


• Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.


• Communicates with store and office teams daily.


• Assists with projects and processes to enhance service levels.


• Supports CIC team by creating a positive culture of learning and teamwork.

FUNCTIONAL REQUIRMENTS:

• Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment


• Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal


• Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone and other office equipment in the course of normal workday


• Stooping, bending, twisting and reaching may be required in completion of job duties


• Flexible with work hours to accommodate the needs of the business


• Excellent Word and Excel skills


• Mental: judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, & math

JOB REQUIRMENTS:

• Strong customer service skills

• Strong/effective written and verbal communication skills


• Call Center experience


• Strong personal computer skills


• Ability to work non-traditional business hours in order to support the hours of call center operation. Must be able to work a variety of shifts; including nights and weekends.


• Personal Health Info training will be provided.
