StructureCare, a division of High Concrete Group and an industry leader in parking garage engineering and restoration solutions is searching for a Project Manager to join their growing team.
The Project Manager for Garage Services will be responsible for all aspects of technical sales and project management for StructureCare working in the New York state markets. The position directs all aspects of the sales cycle including solicitation, relationship development of new customers, proposal development and oversight of repair and restoration projects.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications/ attributes:
Bachelor’s Degree (Construction Management or other technical field preferred).
2 or more years’ experience in Project Management or Precast Concrete industry
Strong organizational skills along with meticulous attention to detail
Accurate and concise written and verbal communication skills
Decisiveness
Ability to work independently and/or collaborate with a team
Ability to adapt as the organization continues to grow
Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required
In this role you will be responsible for:
Communicating with Field Engineers with regard to scope and estimating of projects.
Providing site coordination and supervising subcontractors in the execution of projects to meet customer requirements.
Overseeing the procurement of required project materials.
Working with customers to resolve any outstanding issues within the scope of the contract.
Attending project meetings as required.
Developing and enhancing customer relationships through the delivery of excellent service and problem-solving abilities.
