Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

Reports directly to the Dealer Applications Support Supervisor and work directly with all service personnel and operational groups, including directly with the warranty administration department to maintain corporate and regulatory compliance within the dealer business system and ancillary applications. Will work directly with the warranty manager, divisional managers, supervisors, and service administration to develop and deliver warranty and service training, document processes and optimize operational solutions across several applications and products. Directly provide branch support in the Dealer Application Support service and warranty administration systems including warranty claims processing back-up and support. This position will provide business and warranty application analysis, support critical business initiatives such as internal and external auditing and compliance reporting. Perform day to day systems, applications, and warranty operations to verify they are in compliance with corporate policies and procedures and provide support for those areas. Support departmental process improvements and Kace help desk support, participate in process improvements and perform as a team member on operational improvement projects.

The candidate will acquire and evaluate information through reporting and auditing and must understand complex interrelationships and work with a variety of technologies. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and is comfortable training and developing others. The candidate must also be detail and process-oriented. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Prior knowledge of service and warranty operations claims processing, CPS Process and industry

knowledge of the products along with a technical background of the products sold and serviced.

Individual must be highly motivated, with excellent leadership skills, superior communication skills

along good organizational skills. Prefer advanced computer skills, accounting knowledge, Sequel

and report development skills. Ability to be flexible, handle multiple tasks, and has a strong teamwork ethic. Some travel required.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or

sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift,

carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring

repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including the use of a computer keyboard, and to

verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually

quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
