PPG Material Handler - 2nd Shift at PPG Industries in East Point, Georgia

Job Description:

As a Material Handler, you will be an important part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them! You will work in a distribution center setting packing, moving, and preparing product for shipment. This is for 2nd Shift opening.

Starting Salary: $17.12/Hr with wage progession
Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret production orders and pack tickets
• Use electronic pallet jack to safely move product
• Receive materials to site by manually unloading or operating a forklift to move pallets, drums or large shipping containers
• Prepare product for logistics movement to customers

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
