Who We Are Seeking
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Commerce Cloud to strategize, define, & deliver availability tooling, products, and features for external and internal stakeholders, as well as security initiatives, observability and tooling, and supporting ongoing infrastructure initiatives within Commerce Cloud. Most of our overall team is based in Burlington, MA.
The teams you will work with operate in an agile environment spanning both Public Cloud and first party. We operate services supporting both platforms, but it is of particular importance to Commerce Cloud as we embark on the journey to build the next generation for the Commerce Platform on public cloud that you can provide deep insights across for its development and supportability. In this role you will be responsible for:
The candidate must be able to demonstrate an ability to manage a product from conception through to market success. This includes articulating the product strategy (and how that strategy supports broader platform and business unit strategies), understanding the market needs being addressed by the product, executing a clear plan iteratively to create a product satisfying those needs, and driving adoption and commercial success of a product once launched. The ideal candidate would have familiarity with API-first design principles, including a domain driven design approach, and experience with availability, security, and infrastructure related subject matter.
