Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven, results-oriented individual to support the Parts & Service Warehouse departments to ensure that our production lines can focus on what they do best, building and shipping world-class products to meet our customer's need. This position will primarily focus on the outbound processes of Pick, Pack, & Ship, as well as Kit Building, with the development in Inbound processes of Goods Receipt and Put away as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Work and operate material handling equipment safely while actively engaging in a strong team environment to meet goals and targets.


• Apply a strong quality mindset when receiving, evaluating, handling, and delivering materials for production.


• Continually assess and prioritize the needs of their customers to provide timely delivery.


• Observe operations processes to define and document work standards and suggest improvements.


• Leverage lean concepts, creative problem solving, and out-of-the box thinking when faced with opportunities for improvement.


• Takes direction and is self motivated to work with minimal supervision while maintaining daily targets.


• The position frequently requires the employee to walk 10,000 steps in a shift. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Background & Skills

• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams are required. Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP is a plus. The ability to operate handheld scanners based off of Android smartphone platform is also a plus.


• Must be able to accurately count to 100 repeatedly for quality assurance. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.


• Ability to work as a positive team player who is able to work 40 hours per week with the possibility of daily and weekend overtime as needed.


• Ability to operate a fork lift safely is required. Safety record will be considered when selecting employees for Material Handler positions.


• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience.


• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close Vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) Depth Perception (three-dimensional vision - ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).
