  • You'll work with an exceptional group of project managers, product managers, operations, and software engineers to solve real needs

Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do)


  • Manage administration and configuration of company-wide tools such as: Jira, Aha!, Confluence, Filemaker Pro, Mediabank, and other tools

  • Build customized solutions to extend the functionality of Jira/Aha! using third party add-ons including ScriptRunner, Jira Automation, Jira Toolkit

  • Demonstrated hands on knowledge of JQL/SQL

  • Become the subject matter expert for all other company-wide tools as needed

  • Provide administrative, configuration, and troubleshooting support on all tools

  • Design, implement and maintain custom workflows, screens, dashboards, fields, permission schemes, post functions, etc., to serve as templates for teams across the company

  • Coordinate and respond to support requests from users and translate wants into true requirements and solutions

  • Manage user accounts and permissions according to the needs of projects and teams

  • Share knowledge by training users as needed

  • Coordinate and set up integrations between tools, such as Slack and Github with Jira

  • Support project managers and project management initiatives such as roadmaps, metrics, analytics and reporting

  • Actively develop and improve skill set by keeping aware of industry trends, tools, best practices and techniques

  • Use APIs to develop solutions for integrations with other tools, automate manual processes, data migration routines and extract data for reporting and analytics purposes

  • Assist in implementing cross-functional department workflows to maintain the highest level of quality and execution

  • Partner with IT, assisting with upgrades, enhancements, plug-ins, and testing

Professional Qualifications (What You Have)


  • 5+ years of Jira / Confluence administration experience using Cloud version, including customizing JIRA projects with various schemes and managing complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes

  • 2+ years of Aha! administration and customization experience

  • You are able to work with stakeholders to balance priorities across business needs

  • You listen, communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, and facilitate solutions with actionable plans

  • You care deeply about customers, technology, process, and quality

  • You have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies

  • You are eager to learn more applications and become the expert

  • You take security seriously and understand best practices

  • Bachelor's degree, Jira Certification, Aha! Certification or work equivalent
