Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Lead IT budget analysis and reporting in support of goals established in the IT strategy.


• Formalize and implement processes for IT governance (i.e. Change Management, Project Prioritization etc.). Provide strategic and tactical direction and governance for the team.


• Lead portfolio management and facilitate prioritization and approval of projects across all clusters, regions, and projects.


• Work with Enterprise Portfolio, Operations, Cross Functional, Business Readiness, and Governance leads to develop and deploy best practices and processes across the IT organization.


• Drive detailed IT planning in support of IT Budget planning and management.


• Direct the IT meeting cadence (including Town Halls, Quarterly Reviews, etc.). Collaborate with IT leadership team in business and communications matters.


• Set project delivery standards, project management best practices and common practices across IT project delivery.


• Develop and communicate business readiness and training standards, best practices and processes.


• Develop and execute change management plans. Coordinate development and delivery of communications.


• Direct supervision and coaching of both managers and individual contributors


• Coordinate cross-functionally in managing IT TSA exit projects.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Bachelor's degree is required with a preferred specialization in Business Administration. 5 years of experience in Management, with increasing scopes of responsibility required. Related experience and/or education may be considered.


• Previous experience in program management and strong financial acumen.


• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry required.


• Must have previous supervisory experience as this role will manage a team.


• Must possess executive-level presence in communications, negotiations and conflict and priority resolution.


• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
