Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution
Day to day tasks include:
Develop and implement an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Plan and Program
Develop a comprehensive Communication Plan and Stakeholder Analysis
Identify communications channels, and issue communications to the Project Team, Executives, Stakeholders, wider NYSED/ACCES-VR community, as necessary
Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with stakeholders/subject matter experts to identify/prioritize/and plan for new change initiatives
Brief Executive Team weekly/monthly on new and in-progress change initiatives
Assist the OCM Team in the further development of a Knowledge Management solution
Assist in updating/maintaining a detailed project schedule
