Best understand the products, potential, and business plans of electric vehicle (EV) final assembly, powertrain, and tiers manufactures. For key EV customers, develop and manage high-level, cross sectional relationships. Leverage these relationships and all other segment customer information to understand "the voice of the customer" and effectively communicate them to Atlas Copco. Develop and drive our corporate strategy resulting in a win/win partnership, positioning Atlas Copco as a true strategic supplier with them.
The EV Team Leader roles and responsibilities are as follow:

For all key accounts, lead our corporate headquarter strategy
Lead key account customer mapping to identify their associated powertrain component manufacturers, tier one suppliers, and MTB's.
Provide representation as a strategic resource to the account's corporate offices.
Develop/maintain the appropriate level of customer relationships to facilitate current/future sales.
Understand the customer's goals and supplier expectations.
Know ACTA's business position with the customer.
Create and execute an annual business plan and three-year strategy.
Lead the strategy to define/win all major programs originating from the corporate offices.
Participate in strategies to win major programs originating outside the US (Tesla only).
Create custom material and lead the sales approach for winning EV strategies; teach, support, and coach on their execution.
Formally introduce all new products to pertinent personnel, with customer specific benefit/value focus and determine the correct market price.
Manage blanket price negotiations/agreements to the extent required with their corporate offices.
Initiate regular plant visits with sales personnel in efforts to communicate strategic initiatives.
Other activities
Coordinate Atlas Copco's sales approach with startup ventures relating to IAS, ISRA and other applicable divisions.
Share EV key account strategies and best practices with all MVI sales people covering EV segment accounts to promote further successes.
Identify product development needs and communicate them to Divisional Marketing.
Lead the execution of all MVI strategies.

Experience Requirements
3+ years industrial sales and/or sales management experience is much preferred, however not mandatory.
Knowledge of fastening tools and related equipment, sales strategy, industrial management, and technical ability preferred, however not mandatory.
Additional Information
Situational domestic and infrequent international travel is required, amount of travel dependent upon proximity to target accounts.
Person must reside in the Western US.
