A Test Operations Engineer II job in Van Horn, TX is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will operate and maintain test facilities to support the development and production of liquid rocket engines and spaceflight systems. You will also execute test procedures involving high pressure gas systems and cryogenics. In order to be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and two years of experience in test engineering. You will also have a strong background in fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and mechanical controls. Experience in engineering for liquid rocket engine test stand operation and maintenance including: pressurized gas systems, cryogenic fluid systems and specifically LH2, LOx, and LN2 is highly preferred. Five years of experience with liquid rocket propulsion systems, launch vehicles, air vehicles, or launch services is preferred. Test Operations Engineer II Job Duties:

* Procure components and plan and oversee facility maintenance and/or construction
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* Two years of experience in test engineering
* Strong background in fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and mechanical controls
* Familiar to ASME B31.1, basic aerospace industrial systems, and P&ID schematics
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in engineering for liquid rocket engine test stand operation and maintenance including: pressurized gas systems, cryogenic fluid systems and specifically LH2, LOx, and LN2
* Five years of experience with liquid rocket propulsion systems, launch vehicles, air vehicles, or launch services
