At Bright Horizons you will:


  • Create and implement hands-on activities based on your observations of children's interests and skills

  • Document and share the special moments and important milestones of the children in your care

Must meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

Teacher:


  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED

  • Pass required state and company background checks

  • MA EEC certification (Infant/Toddler or Preschool)

  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers in a professional setting

  • CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or ECE-related degree strongly preferred

Associate Teacher:


  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED

  • Pass required state and company background checks

  • MA EEC certification, or willingness to pursue, preferred

  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers in a professional setting

  • CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or ECE-related degree preferred
