Responsibilities


  • Support regional recruiters by assisting with sourcing activities such as online and print media advertising, networking, cold calling, employee referrals, and local job placement organizations.

  • Work with Talent Acquisition leadership to develop a comprehensive sourcing and pipelining strategy to support the recruitment needs of the organization. Identify priority positions for sourcing, need a forward thinking and innovative person that's is very connected to all social media channels to develop local and national sourcing strategies to effectively reach the targeted audience and define methods for on-going engagement of targeted audience for future opportunities.

  • Whether your platform focus is YouTube, Instagram or TikTok, you'll be responsible for capturing and creating content for the right feeds.

  • You'll need to be able to treat your feed like the curation of an art gallery, and be highly competent on apps like VSCO, FaceTune, Lightroom, Photoshop, Snug, Unfold etc.

  • Work closely with the Regional Recruiters to provide sourcing to successfully support recruitment efforts for currently open positions.

  • Assist Regional Recruiters in developing sourcing strategies, to include advertising and targeted outreach for positions as assigned. This will include a wide diversity of roles from leadership, clinical, technical, financial and operational that support the services we provide seniors.

  • Conduct preliminary phone screens on assigned positions.

  • Document all sourcing activities in applicant tracking system.

  • Participate in job fairs and college recruiting efforts when requested.

  • Network, establish and maintain relationships within the health care industry. You'll be expected to have a strong understanding of our industry in order to recruit and represent Infinity Rehab effectively.

  • Assist with developing marketing tools to attract candidates

Qualifications


  • A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience.

  • An excellent driving record is required.

  • Has exceptional technical skills to create and publish content on social media

  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis is needed.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a strong sense of professionalism.

  • The ability to work successfully as part of a team.
