Portfolio Management focuses on tracking all JPMO activities and ensuring every implementation effort proceeds on schedule and with minimal disruption.
Create and execute a Continuous Improvement Strategy for JPMO that can be used to continue the improvement and success of the program
Recommend and implement tools and methods to continuously improve the effectiveness of the JPMO and Component FSM programs
Coordinate and facilitate program retrospectives to gain insights. Track and execute
against program feedback to continuously improve the program
Provide industry best practices and insights from leading experts to continuously improve the effectiveness and operation of the JPMO and DHS Component FSM programs
Conduct training, brown bag sessions, and other ad hoc sessions to continuously improve the program
Develop and implement processes and procedures to keep the JPMO operating at a CMMI level 4, or equivalent. Conduct initial benchmarking, periodic reviews, and oversee the ongoing maturity of the JPMO
Capture lessons learned and maintain a repository that can be leveraged across DHS FSM programs. Provide lessons learned and other best practices from industry and other federal agency financial system implementations
US Citizen able to pass a government level background check and obtain a Public Trust
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Systems Science, Engineering, Math or a related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years' experience creating and executing a continuous improvement strategy for software implementations in a government contracting environment
