We are currently seeking a Account Partner to join our growing Salesforce.Org Professional Services team. Ideal candidates are highly motivated Technology/Professional Services Sales and Business Development professionals who are knowledgeable of the Nonprofit and/or Education sectors' technology needs and have solid business-to-business sales and account management experience. Effective Account Partners will generate pipeline by identifying opportunities within our customer base, work closely with license sales, articulate how our services can solve customer challenges and enable them to get the most out of their investment in our technology. Responsibilities:


  • Identify and own qualified opportunities within current customer base, progressing those deals through a sales cycle to closed won

  • Create compelling vision and clearly communicate our entry point services solutions with the goal of generating significant success and business value from a customer's investment in the Salesforce Platform

  • Engage with license sales team and customers using a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce.Org Professional Services and the Success Partner as a long-term trusted advisor

  • Bring a tenacious and professional attitude to drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, Industry Solutions, Legal etc. to structure the deal and own the creation and negotiation of customer proposals and SOWs

  • Utilize industry expertise and business acumen to understand a customer's motivation, business drivers, strategic goals and objectives, and desired business outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of consultative Technology Services sales experience

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain Director, VP or C-level relationships where you are recognized as a trusted advisor

  • Deep understanding of Cloud Sales cycles, customer success principles, approaches and considerations

  • Experience with resolving complex and escalated customer situations

  • Strong knowledge of Nonprofit and/or Education business processes and the ability to link business processes with product/technical solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce's applications and value proposition

  • Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure

  • Highly collaborative and consultative work style, ability to thrive in a high velocity, highly dynamic work environment
