Job Description:








Responsibilities:


  • Data Processing - 60%


    • Reviews all HRIS transactional process requirements on a daily/weekly and as needed basis and manages the approval or rejection process. Understanding of the core HR policies and processes to make quality and timely processing decisions. Escalates transactional process issues and advanced issues to management for review.



  • Case / Call Management - 30%

    • Manages Tier 1, basic HR cases/calls across a variety of HR processes, policies such as questions pertaining to benefits, wellness programs, safety, and security. Requires constant visibility to and understanding of the latest changes to the HR processes, policies, procedures which typically come in weekly and sometimes daily. Responsible for managing the cases with the utmost care, quality, and attention to detail, all while providing accurate information while enhancing the employee's experience with HR:Connect.



  • Operational Processes -20%

    • Supports HR records processing and annual processes within the HRIS system and supporting manual data and records processing. Other duties as assigned.

  • Work consists of tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice.

  • Works under moderate supervision for routine tasks. May seek advice of more senior personnel in the same area.

  • Checks and makes minor adjustments to work methods to solve problems that are routine and typically exist in current work processes and systems. May be required to highlight areas of concerns/problems and put forth solutions to supervisor in own job area.

  • Problems and issues faced are generally routine, but may require some interpretation of procedures or policies to resolve problems.

Communication and Influence:


  • Communicates with contacts typically within the job area on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation to reach agreement.

Leadership & Talent Management:


  • May provide guidance and assistance to new or entry-level employees.

  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism required.








Knowledge,Experience and Education


  • Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.

  • Typically, requires minimum of 3 years of experience. May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.
