The largest medical facility in the region, Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) includes a full-service hospital with 318 patient beds. Position Type:
PRN Defined: Work minimum of one shift per two week pay period to assist with staffing for coverage of absences for staff planned/unplanned and/or increase in census. The more you are available the more you can work if shifts are available. Prefrence given to candidates availableto assist during busy Trauma Season - May - September

Job Responsibilities:
The Wound Care Registered Nurse is responsible for the treatment and management of disorders affecting the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and integumentary (digestive, urinary, skin) systems.
*Registered Nurse Wound Care treats ostomies, stomas, acute and chronic wounds, and urinary and fecal incontinence.
*The Wound Care Nurse treats and manage pressure ulcers, traumatic and draining wounds, surgical incisions, and tubes and fistulas.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required) (BSN preferred)
-
IdahoRN License or RN license in a Compact State (required)
American
Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS)
and Certification
EXPERIENCE:
- One-year experience in acute care (preferred)
