Role Description:

We are looking for an accomplished Sr. Diversity Recruiter to excel with an amazing team to support you, helping us to massivelyaccelerate our growth byincreasing URG and URM applications to help build a diverse candidate slate.

Your Impact:

  • Develop, implement and execute diversity recruiting programs and sourcing strategies to fill current openings

  • Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring professionals across a range of roles throughout Tableau

  • Build a healthy pipeline of qualified URG and URM applications to help build a diverse candidate slate

  • Successfully partner with business leaders and Recruiters to understand the business needs

  • Continuously advocate for URG and URM talent by ensuring we provide a positive and bias-free candidate experience

  • Participate and/or lead departmental recruiting related projects.

  • Coach and mentor hiring teams.

  • Ability to take direction while working independently and collaboratively

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Full life cycle recruiting experience

  • Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to drive hiring goals and program outcomes

  • Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter highly
