SUMMARY

The key purpose of this role is to drive strategic initiatives and programs across the World Wide Commercial Sales organization. The scope of this role includes partnering with a wide range of global stakeholders to design, implement, communicate, measure, and iterate on key global programs and initiatives. The PM should be well-versed in program/project management, organizational change management, and be able to maintain a high bar on quality of execution and deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Work with business owners and stakeholders to define program scope and outcomes, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources, and develop milestones to ensure timely completion of initiatives

  • Create and maintain multiple, complex and concurrent program plans

  • Oversee the change management needs required by program, in conjunction with supporting teams in communications, training, enablement, and content management

  • Develop program materials, templates, documentation, and other assets

  • Track and monitor progress, define key performance indicators or success metrics by program, and be able to report on status against program objectives

  • Conduct program post-mortems, capture lessons learned, iterate and continuously improve program management practices and approaches for productivity and future planning

  • Identify process improvements, and implement mechanisms, that simplify internal sales operations and drives standardization of program delivery practices

  • Partner with finance teams to manage and balance the global sales operations budget; drive fiduciary responsibility; work with all regions and teams to track & report performance, optimize programs and ensure effectiveness and ROI of their programs

  • Orchestrate the annual Sales Operations planning process (e.g. milestones, participants, actions, templates, calendar), ensuring sales operation's goals are aligned with sales, marketing and product objectives, to create integrated enablement.

  • Drive and own challenging decisions on resource alignment, both people and dollars, across the business to meet changing needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, or Program Management.

  • 3+ years of sales operations experience

  • 5+ years of managing complex, global projects, and implementations

  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management

  • Extensive knowledge with business process optimizations

  • Strong understanding of financial profitability concepts and measures (understanding the Company's P&L)

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • MBA or another advanced degree

  • Ability to earn trust through performance and relationship building

  • Ability to influence employees at all levels of the organization

  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate and bring people together, and drive to results are essential
