This is an Internship Opportunity to Explore Cutting Edge Technology

In this Internship role you'll work closely with the Innovation Center'sDirector of Business Development to identify, research, and present on key strategic questions of high importance to PACCAR's future. Areas of focus include autonomous driving, electrification, and connected vehicles, which open a number of new strategic opportunities.

In particular, PACCAR's North American truck brands, Peterbilt and Kenworth, are the truck of choice for most of the autonomous truck industry. This gives PACCAR a unique vantage point and market position from which to plan for the future of goods transportation.

Start and end dates are flexible. We are open to this being a 100% remote internship. Depending on local regulations during the time of the internship, hybrid or full-time on-site work could be an option for those interested.

Here's what you'll be doing in this Business Development Internship

• Identify, research, and present on key strategic questions of high importance to PACCAR's future.


• Join business development meetings to observe, take notes, and help apply sound business thinking frameworks to the matters at hand.


• Interview key people within PACCAR, and the broader transportation ecosystem, to gain insights and data.


• Attend events (likely online) to network, learn, and spot trends.

Education

We are looking for candidates who are currently enrolled in an MBA Program.
