The Retail, Consumer Goods & Commerce program manager will join the RCG&C Solutions team leading the planning and execution of programs aimed at optimizing the programs that span across the Sales and Solutions organization, reporting directly to the RCG&C PMO leader.

The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities and skills including project management, business analysis, and strategic planning. In some cases the individual will be driving and managing change, and in other situations will act as business process representative for the team. In this role, you will partner with various teams to manage projects, analyze and improve processes, define problems, develop business requirements, and partner with business partners to solve the group's challenges and scale for the future to meet our long-range growth plans.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch and execute the RCG&C Cloud New Logo program. This will require partnering with Sales, Solutions, Strategy, Marketing, Industry, Programs, Product and Enablement to maintain a portfolio of accounts in pursuit of net new ACV.

  • Assist with optimization, execution and maintenance of the RCG&C Big Bets Program.

    • This includes determining appropriate KPIs and maintaining analytics to show program progress.

    • Organizes Q1 Account Planning and Q3 Refreshes

    • Conducts monthly cadence meetings w/ Sales and Solutions leadership around Big Bet Progress

    • Provide input & program performance to help guide Executive Alignment decisions

  • Conduct regular project reviews with leaders, providing status updates and risk mitigation strategies

  • Responsible for collaboratively defining success measures and reporting frameworks for business reporting

  • Organize and facilitate project planning, meetings, and presentations. Track milestones and tasks with assigned teams. Identify and remove impediments that block the team's ability to meet project objectives

  • Identify, develop, and roll-out new processes when appropriate, develop new tools to automate or streamline processes

  • 3+ years Leadership experience (required)

  • Finance or operational experience (desired). Analytics background is a plus.

  • Advanced knowledge of common PM tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google docs)

  • Ability to use Org62 and Einstein Analytics Reporting platform

  • Bachelor's Degree (required). Project Management certifications are a plus
