We are looking for a communications leader to join our growing Global Partner Communication team.
Our Global Partner Communications team develops and delivers integrated communications to Salesforce's rapidly growing global partner ecosystem. We share customer success stories, learning opportunities, program information and other new partner and company initiatives in fresh, creative ways with a global audience.

Serve as global communication lead and content strategist for our "to-partner" communication channels
Serve as the overall sponsor and lead for the Partner Community, connecting regularly with Business Technology lead to understand and inform upcoming enhancements and developments on the platform
Develop and lead "to-partner" marketing and communication activities supporting rollout of new Partner Community features, helping to package and promote enhancements as part of the new partner digital experience initiative
Work closely with Partner Community content publisher and content owners to ensure content is fresh, relevant and in line with content strategy guidelines
Identify and leverage opportunities to further amplify our partner messaging in new, innovative ways
Liaise with regional communication counterparts regularly, ensuring information exchange and leveraging content synergies
Manage communications calendar tracking all "to-partner" communication activities
Continue to industrialize and streamline our processes supporting our communication activities
Lead strategic oversight of rigorous metrics and analytics tracking of communication channels, regularly synthesizing results to develop action-oriented lessons learned to inform future content development
Oversee team of channel leads, including Partner Community Lead and Partner Communications Email Lead; also work closely with Social lead
Proven experience in a fast-paced environment as writer, communications lead or strategist, or relevant role
Efficient project management skills, including working on a high volume of projects
Understanding of content development and editorial factors, ability to "find the news angle"
Understanding and experience with audience segmentation and content development by persona
Good knowledge of Salesforce products, services, narratives
Outstanding communication, writing and leadership skills
Positive attitude, sense of humor
Appreciation for analytics and using data to inform decision-making and content development
