Job Description
For a large Federal program, the Systems Manager will manage the overall systems design, security, operations, and analysis efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for management of website development and content refresh operations
Experience with web site content management systems, including Microsoft SharePoint. Ability to lead a project of a public web site re-design starting with discovery, gap analysis, requirements, design, A&B testing, production deployment and on-going support
Support a team with tools required for task tracking, task assignment and status
Experience of call center support systems including reporting of call center operational and historic data
Hands one ability to manage data related tasks such as creating reports, combining multiple data source and other data management tasks
Responsible for meeting all systems-related service level agreements and performance standards
Develops solutions to complex issues that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovation
Identifies and helps resolve resource constraints and/or conflicts that affect multiple tasks within the program
Arranges priorities as necessary to perform tasks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
6 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager with technical leadership in the analysis and design of computer systems and websites
Experience working with a variety of computer operating environments and computer packages and languages
Experience in the analysis and design of complex system-wide information security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands
Experience in technical leadership and people management
Experience managing systems development tasks including establishing and defining programs, resources, and risks on medium to large projects focusing on data processing or systems design and development
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of CRM systems
Experience supporting the US Social Security Administration
