Job Description:

We are seeking an entry-level Full-timeOffice Administratorfor our corporate office in Sunnyvale, CA.


JOB DESCRIPTION:


This is an entry-level position that provides administrative support to CEO, VP of Safety Solutions, Corporate Logistics Manager, Accounting and Human Resources Department.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Set up conference rooms and supplies for meetings

  • Distribute and send out mail

  • Compose and type various documents

  • Coordinate seminar/training details as needed

  • Inventory management and ordering of office/division supplies

  • Coordinate travel arrangements as needed

  • Order business cards for all employees

  • Track HazMat/IATA Certifications

  • Trade show supply coordination

  • Put together presentations for executive staff as needed

  • Confidential filing

  • Perform general office tasks as assigned


SCHEDULE:



  • Monday - Friday

  • 8:00am - 5:00pm or 7:30am - 4:30pm


EXPERIENCE:



  • 1-3 years' experience in an Administrative or Office role.

  • ADP experience a plus


SKILLS:



  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Experience with Microsoft Publisher or graphic design program a plus

  • Typing speed of 50+ wpm

  • Must have excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail

  • Experience maintaining confidentiality

  • Ability to take direction from multiple people and seek direction when uncertain

  • Ability to prioritize

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with short timelines
