The incumbent for this position will participant in the development and be responsible for the implementation and ongoing monitoring of FuturePlan's Sales operations strategy. This position will partner with the FuturePlan Sales Leadership including the Sales Desk, to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with FuturePlan as a National TPA and support One Ascensus efforts. This position is responsible for identifying and executing large scale projects including partner with Sales and Finance to develop to FuturePlan's financial and management reporting and analysis. They will support the development of revenue growth strategies through sales reporting, market/territory development, identifying strategic sales revenue growth opportunities, managing updates to national fee schedules and management of the FuturePlan sales incentive compensation program. Responsible for providing ongoing communication to sales management and sales associates, about the status of the annual sales goals, key performance indicators and annual budget and expense management results.

FuturePlan's Sales Operations
Continue to support the integration of multiple teams coming together to create our ext/int sales force partnering with the sales Desk, as necessary,
Assists Sales Leaders in developing structure for their teams by creating sales processes & procedures
Develop recommendations for establishing individual and team goals that can cascade throughout the sales organization.
Be on point for managing the sales related Technology Platform and automation of sales operations (CRM, proposals, metrics, etc.)
Track, prioritize and monitor the deliverables from marketing to ensure the timely delivery to achieve desired / required engagement of advisors, recordkeepers and prospects.

Uses feedback from market influencers (recordkeepers, advisors, prospects/clients, etc.), to shape and drive future sales operations opportunities

Sales Management Reporting, (beyond and as an extension of financial reporting)
Coordination of FuturePlan management monthly reporting and analysis; consolidating reporting from sales, business and functional partners to create a comprehensive review and analysis of the FuturePlan key business indicators
Look for ways to provide the team with data that will be helpful to their success
Anticipate and offer suggestions to improve current reporting to both internal and external partners
Serve as the FuturePlan point person to coordinate with Finance the development of annual sales plan, expense budgets, 3-5 year forecasts and ongoing reprojections
Develop and manage metrics to evaluate Sales production
Sales Reporting and Market/Territory Development
Identify, design, develop and implement dashboards and reporting needs, etc. that are valuable to various distribution stakeholders. i.e. Segment and distribution channel reporting and analytics
Set and track sales forecasts and targets and partner with Sales leaders to motivate the team to meet stretch goals
Leveraging internal and external market data, develop reporting and analytics that can be used by sales leadership to target high return growth opportunities
Analyze and identify opportunities for growth and product development including with other Ascensus business units.
Update and maintain national fee schedules and end-to-end incentive compensation process
Facilitate the annual review with sales leadership
Implement modifications adopted and ensure broad communication
Complete monthly reporting and incentive compensation calculation and submit for processing
Develop creative solutions for atypical incentive compensation agreements that align with the incentive program philosophy and serve to attract and retain high potential sales resources
Sales Growth Opportunities
Leveraging internal and external market data, develop reporting and analytics that can be used by FuturePlan Service and Sales leadership to target high return growth opportunities from cross-sales/Upselling to existing business.
Initiative specific reporting and evaluation; i.e. cost studies and ROI on targeted growth and savings business cases
Partner with Marketing Analytics team to leverage predictive analytics to evaluate where to focus on growth opportunities and effectively deploy resources. i.e. regional resource deployment / realignments, product enhancements, institutional partnerships
Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.

7-10 years of experience in the Retirement or TPA industry
Excellent analytical and proven problem solving skills, along with an ability to quickly comprehend and analyze data.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. The ability to communicate effectively (clear, concise and professionally)
Ability to operate independently and effectively in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, unsupervised environment and react to change productively while handling other essential tasks as assigned
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
Previous management experience with demonstrated ability to develop, train and retain talent.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, project management and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external clients, including senior management.
Strong PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
