General Purpose
The Plant Manager is responsible for managing and achieving manufacturing facility operatives. Functionally responsible for production, quality assurance, maintenance, and warehouse functions. Plant Manager is also responsible for ensuring the plant is in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develops initiatives to achieve manufacturing, quality, and safety standard goals.
Maximize productive capabilities to achieve customer satisfaction while attaining operating cost and goals.
Work with account management teams for planning and forecast of new business

Manage and implement change to ensure continues improvement.
Directs the day-to-day operation of the Manufacturing environment, end to end.
Organizational design and people plan for progressing through the maturity continuum to mini business unit high performing work teams
Develop capital request(s) to include equipment and facility improvement plans by creating a business case.
Solid understanding of budgetary development and management. Oversees and assists in the establishment, analysis and submission of annual budgets.
Review Monthly Operating statements and line item detail to ensure accuracy.
Coaches and supports the team members to develop a resource network; and identify resources within and outside the Company to optimize effectiveness with customers and PSS network
Coach and mentor plant organizations to ensure their professional development and to ensure the organization's need for future leaders is consistently met.
Collaborates with other departments (e.g., Risk Management, Internal Audit, Employee Services, Human Resources, Sales & Distribution, etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution. Consults with other functions as needed to resolve difficult issues.
Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.
Demonstrates the ability to recognize and address the complexity of leading a diverse workforce; participates and actively supports participation in D&I initiatives. Holds self and others accountable
Participate in project work and initiatives as assigned.
Complexity of facility, lines (Can, PET, Glass) and volume responsibilities will be determining factors used for leveling II or III.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business strongly preferred.
A minimum of 8-10 years of successful management experience encompassing all facets of operational management.
Strong team player and motivated problem solver with the ability to have courageous conversations.
Must be a change agent and have clear and concise communications skills, both written and verbal.
Organizational and interpersonal skills and be computer literate.
Strategic vision and understand tactics necessary to achieve company goals.
Must promote and foster a diverse work environment.
Must have experience managing in a manufacturing environment, preferably the beverage industry.
Familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance, and human resource procedures and regulations is a must.
Must be proficient in MS Office application.
