Our Business Operations team defines Salesforce Anywhere's go-to-market strategy and builds the systems that make it run efficiently. We work on exciting and meaningful projects that impact all functions of our business. As a member of our small but mighty team you will constantly be learning. You will tackle complex questions and work closely with our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product leaders to build and execute strategy.

Your impact:

  • Devise strategic recommendations and plans for the Salesforce Anywhere business (sales, customer success, marketing, pricing, product engagement, and more) based on analyses

  • Manage go-to-market planning, budgeting and forecasting - develop a forecast methodology and tracking system using Salesforce

  • Manage and improve Salesforce Anywhere's revenue operations and reporting processes

  • Run strategic cross-company initiatives - such as new product offerings, territory planning and more

  • ... and anything and everything to help Salesforce Anywhere grow!

Your Profile:

  • Analytical Skills:

    • You're extremely analytical - you've analyzed complex business problems and offered up big picture solutions with detailed insights

    • You're enthusiastic about distilling complex problems into simple pictures - you're proficient with spreadsheets, brag about your use of keyboard shortcuts and think your best slides should be displayed at museums

    • You have a proven ability to develop interactive dashboards that effectively communicate business performance to provide business leaders with actionable insights that help them drive the Anywhere business forward

    • You have experience analyzing the health of the business and interpreting key performance metrics

    • You are excited by deep and insightful analyses that lead to actionable recommendations to business

  • Communication Skills:

    • You have experience presenting an analysis and recommendation to an executive audience with clear insights, actions, and recommended next steps

    • You're comfortable communicating deadlines and priorities

    • You know how to manage a project, and understand how to keep everyone engaged and informed

    • You're a team player, who never backs down from a challenge

  • Process Improvement:

    • You have experience with large enterprise systems and an ability to understand connection points and points of failure

    • You are curious and ask questions to uncover the business problem, pain points, and potential solutions.

    • You like to experiment with new tools and ideas when faced with a problem


  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role in the technology space. Preference for Sales Operations, Venture Capital/Private Equity, Strategy Consulting and/or Investment Banking backgrounds

  • Strong analytical skills, technical aptitude and attention to detail; knowledge of BigQuery, SQL or related languages a plus

  • Excellent and diverse communication and project management abilities

  • Extensive experience building high-quality and complex spreadsheets and presentations

  • Experience with, and proficiency in, and Tableau preferred

  • Interest in the SaaS/CRM/Collaboration industry and an appreciation for Salesforce Anywhere's approach to the market
