Enterprise Information Services, LLC (EIS), a Cognosante company, is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Architect tojoin our team of professionals who maintain a collaborative culture. This individual will be part of a team providing Information Technology (IT) support such as software, hardware, storage and network connectivity to the Integrated GEOINT Divisions assigned at INSCOM Brigades. This includes network administration, system administration, accreditation, documentation and direct end-user support for a variety of operational initiatives which include highly sensitive intelligence functions.

Job Description
The Enterprise Architect will:
Provide expertise in designing and delivering enterprise services to geographically dispersed customers on classified networks. Experience must include WAN duplication and failover for multiple disparate locations and tiers of service throughout the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model
Have extensive systems administration experience with Active Directory, Distributed File System (DFS), Domain Name System (DNS), geographically dispersed synchronization of services and cloud integration
Be familiar with current policy regarding Secure Development Operations (SecDevOps)
Be subject to deployments (including training, exercise, or contingency support) that will require a minimum of 10 hours of labor per day, a minimum of 6 days a week. Deployed duty may be conducted in a hazardous or climatically severe area
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver enterprise services to geographically dispersed customers on classified networks
Continuously evaluate systems and projects to appropriately advise the engineering team to leverage centralized management. Currently, these consist of the CISCO Unified Computing System (UCS), used to manage virtual server resources, and SolarWinds Orion, used to monitor network health, performance and overall status
Evaluate, make recommendations and be prepared to support transition of IGE-A architecture (parts or whole) to DoD cloud-based infrastructures such as AWS GovCloud and C2S. The candidate will implement industry best practice, comply with all mandated security requirements and support application and infrastructure development on hybrid and fully cloud based environments
Implement and maintain a SecDevOps environment as policy changes and the government's requirements evolve. Provide necessary development oversight for a SecDevOps pipeline.
Continuously exercise expert ability to correctly identify and rectify systems issues across the OSI model. Issues must be identified across a complex environment, and causes could include many disparate devices and software
Required Qualifications
Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
Education: Bachelor degree from accredited program
Certification: DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as Security+ CE
Experience: Over ten (10) years of relevant experience
