This position is responsible for supporting the sales organization and management in the implementation, support and administration of the sales automation tool. The position will interface with the isell FTN vendor, FTN sp&a analytics & bi team, FTN it team members, and FTN sales management to contribute to the definition and evaluation of design enhancements and current functionality expectations for the isell tool.


Oversees the system permissions rational as established by the sims process to ensure they connect to the user community as defined by the sales & sp&a management and drive user accountability for data accuracy for all assigned record types (accounts, contacts, opportunities, cases, pricing actions, etc.) This position will act as a project liaison in collaboration with FedEx Trade Networks management, operations, finance, sales, other sp&a teams, marketing, customer contact, risk management as well as also working with other FedEx operating companies. Coordinates and collaborates on all projects assigned to the iSell FTN team. Maintains timelines and provides project updates to management and other support teams, as requested. This position will be responsible for collecting consensus amongst the sp&a team groups on system functionality and impact, measurable feedback from the sales organization and provide findings and feedback to sales management & sp&a management. Accountable for system audits regarding system, usage and data accuracy. Provide assistance to management and contribute in the designing/ implementing improved system processes. This may involve working with the engineering, it, products or other teams within FedEx trade networks. Serves as subject matter expert (same) to support content development for training and the implementation of processes/procedures within the iSell FTN application; keeps sales education team abreast of system design changes and/or enhancements to enable timely updates to training materials. Should be able to manage multiple projects and tasks, demonstrate prioritization skills aligned with direction from management and work efficiently and effectively under pressure of deadlines. Understand the functional capabilities/limitations of the "out of the box" functions of the iSell tool. Ability to determine/decipher customization of the tool and provide content to communications team for new features and reporting capabilities, and other enhancements to be communicated by internal messaging and intranet. Monitor the iSell FTN application to ensure system user compliance; provide all required record maintenance; coordinate user roles, permission and provisioning with the sims team in sp&a. Ability to build custom reports and/or lists, oversee system upgrades, and work with other departments and/or outside vendors where necessary to integrate other applications and systems (3rd party software applications, mobile apps, reports, etc.)

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, management information systems, or computer science preferred. 4-6 Years' experience leading administration and development for crm systems. Must possess the ability to work effectively in a structured team environment. This position demands a high degree of technical knowledge, solutions focus, flexibility, & real time responsiveness with a proven ability to work collaboratively. Hands-on experience with crm systems design, process flows and implementation. Strong analytical, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and project leadership skills desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in microsoft outlook, word, Excel and access and ms project. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks resulting in on time completion of quality results. One to three (1-3) years of experience in an air/ocean transportation and/or freight forwarding environment preferred. Ability to travel required.
