We currently havean excitingopportunity for a Paralegalat our corporate offices in Denver. The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor investigating merger and acquisition facts and preparing documents to assist legal counsel.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate!


    Prepare legal documents such as agreements, articles of incorporation, closing papers, by-laws, etc. for review, approval and use by legal counsel.
  • Act as law Librarian, maintaining and monitoring legal volumes and ensuring legal volumes are up-to-date.

  • Organize and keep current all minute books for over 120 companies, draft resolutions and prepare corporate documents required to keep the companies in good standing.

  • Constant communication with divisional CEO's and CFO's regarding corporate structure, entities and officers.

  • Contact with registered agency regarding incorporating, qualifications, name changes and good standing certificates, etc. for each AMR company.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

  • Adherence to and compliance with information systems security is everyone's responsibility. It is the responsibility of every computer user to: Know and follow Information Systems security policies and procedures. Attend Information Systems security training, when offered. Report information systems security problems.

  • Responsible for adhering to Information Security Policies and ensuring Envision is as secure as possible.

  • Perform other duties as assigned



  • HS Diploma or GED required.

  • Associates degree or paralegal certificate required.

  • 2-5 years of paralegal experience or other related area.

Knowledge and Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

  • Strong word processing/spreadsheet computer skills required.

  • EMS, healthcare or managed care experience preferred.

  • Excellent leadership presentation and teamwork skills.

  • Effective at delegation of responsibility and accountability.

  • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
