Job Description:

Position Specifications:

Provides customer support by assisting Sales team with sales-related issues and project management for international customers and large/special projects. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Manage high-visibility projects from conception to installation.
   
   
   1. Ensure projects are managed for accuracy and consistency by reviewing architectural drawings and specifications to interpret what is required for each specific application.
   
   
   2. Enhance customer satisfaction by resolving problems and answering questions in a timely, responsive and professional manner.
   
   
   3. Communicate, collaborate and coordinate with Engineering, Marketing and Production.
   
   
   
   


2. Assist with training, onboarding and special attention as needed for new distributors.


3. Assist with International Customers through consultation on products, review of drawings/specs and order management.


4. Support Regional Business Managers with special product inquiries


5. Perform other miscellaneous related duties as assigned and may be required from time to time.


6. Identify where improvement is needed in management of high visibility orders.

Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma, or preferably a Bachelor’s Degree

Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years of customer service and / or project management experience of which a portion has been in a key account interface role in construction related industry.


• Ability to participate as a team member on projects that involve or impact the activities of the entire company.


• Ability to make complex decisions and develop solutions to insure the resolution of issues with projects and bring large order projects to completion.


• Customer service orientation and emphasis on results, diplomacy, multitasking and priority setting. Must be detailed oriented.

• Ability to use personal computer, copy machine, telephone and printers.


• Possess computer proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).


• Preferred familiarity with Oracle and Enterprise Quoting systems.


• Highly focused, must be able to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.


• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
