We are looking for your experience, knowledge and patient care skills on ourFloat Poolunit where you will be responsible for:What You Will Be Doing:


  1. Provide assistance with monitoring individual patient activity

  2. Assist the patient, their families and the unit staff

  3. Provide timely, customer-oriented services


QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:Education:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
Experience:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and desire to actively display those skills to create great connections with our customers, both external (guests) and internal (other team members and product lines)


  • Intermediate knowledge of personal computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Windows operating system; database and word processing skills required

  • Intermediate knowledge of medical terminology

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Active listening skills

  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM corrected of errors

  • Ability to operate office equipment effectively

  • Organizational skills required with the ability to multitask and handle heavy volume of patient flow.

  • Ability to work well with others

  • Stronginterpersonal communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to work as a team player

  • Good problem solving skills

  • Strong time management skills

  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
