Job Description:

Who You Are..

The Inventory Control Specialist II is responsible for receiving and shipping, issuing orders, and pulling parts for kitting carts for building production, cycle counting, organization and labeling of warehouse area.  Liaison for CXT with customers for part ordering (warranty and replacement) including receiving order, shipping and invoicing customer.

Some examples of the work you might do includes..


  • Manage ERP system for inventory control and receiving

  • Follow through on all customer inquiries and part orders and ensure internal and external customer satisfaction

  • Customer liaison for all part orders, including shipping and invoicing

  • Full understanding of material and parts requirements, supplier delivery schedules and assist with identifying potential part shortages to meet production and customer expectations

  • Evaluate inventory of purchased material for driving inventory reduction initiatives, process improvement and other inventory management tools

  • Interacts with customer for all pick-up orders by contractors and ensures paperwork is signed and product picked up matches order

  • Knowledge and ability to perform all responsibilities in the warehouse environment

  • Maintain 5S standards in work environment

What Do You Need...


  • 2-4 years of related experience, inventory control, customer service and/or sales preferred

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and Word

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Proven focus on customer satisfaction and ability to work as part of a diverse team
