A reputable community hospital system in North Carolina is looking for a full-time HVAC Maintenance Mechanic to assist with hospital maintenance.

The Full Time Plumber will work with a small team of professionals, reporting to the Facilities Manager. The Industrial Hospital Plumber will install, maintain and repair pipes, valves and other fixtures associated with steam, natural gas, fuel, condensate, water, sanitation, compressed air, chill water and hot water systems. This position is also responsible for maintaining the oxygen and medical gas systems in the hospital. The ideal plumber must be able to oversee work carried out by external contractors; inspect various systems, ensure code compliance, locate and repair system leaks, and much more. You will perform preventive maintenance on water, steam, sanitary and medical gas systems. Candidates with experience in industrial and hospital settings will be given preference.
