Financial Controller Aventura HIlton at Shaner Hotel Group Limited Partnership in Hollywood, Florida

Job Description:

The Controller will have responsibility for accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, management of accounts payable and receivable for the hotel, night audit and general cashier while complying with all Shaner Hotel accounting procedures and corporate policies. The Controller will also be responsible for the supervision and management of the hotel's accounting staff.  The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting and financial experience in a full-service hotel, superior people management skills, and strong computer abilities.  The candidate must also be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

5+ years of accounting/financial experience within the hotel industry; Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field.

Excellent communications skills; bi-lingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
