O365 with Cisco Engineer at Cognizant in Branchburg, New Jersey

Job Description:

We are looking for O365 – Microsoft Exchange & Cisco IronPort engineer for an immediate need. This is a client facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Create strategy and design document on migration of Cisco ESA on premise environment to Cisco Cloud Email Security. Using diagramming tool Microsoft Visio to create design workflows which also help business to get an easy overview of process. 

  
  


• 
  

  Plan and Implement Email Authentication compliance using DMARC, DKIM and SPF framework. Support the ongoing migration of user, room & resource mailboxes from On-Premise Exchange 2007/2010 to Office 365 cloud. Implement DLP (Data loss prevention) policies in Office 365 security & compliance center ensuring compliance with business standard and industry regulation and protect sensitive information subject to HIPAA, GDPR, PII. Utilizing a unified DLP policy engine, incident reporting, and remediation workflow to drive greater operational efficiency.

  Automation and Reporting using Complex Microsoft PowerShell Scripting, ASP.Net, VB script, PowerApps, Microsoft Forms. to help faster and efficient delivery of project within timeline as well as to prevent human errors and improve Software monitoring and error detections.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with Compliance, eDiscovery and legal team to understand data retention requirements and design, document a plan on mailbox data retention deployment across all users in the organization. Use Business analytics tool Microsoft Power BI to consolidate current data reports spread across the organization on-premise, office 365 & Azure and convert to easy charts better understood by the business and helps them get an overview of current data analysis to make decision on data retention strategy.

  Work on eDiscovery requests on data exports for legal requirements. Analyze and Fix any security vulnerabilities reported by Information security related to Messaging Infrastructure. Document the same on SharePoint Online team site for future reference.

  Driving support team to meet SLA/metrics productivity and quality and ensure process guidelines are followed. Support Day to Day escalations from Messaging offshore team working on incident tickets using Remedy Tool. Create Knowledge Base (KB) articles and Standard Operation procedures (SOP’s) to be used by Support group in every day operational issues

  Provide weekly status reports to client manager and business group to ensure solution is delivered in timely manner and escalations are handled within service level agreement
