Redstone Title Services, LLC (RTS) is growing their team and is seeking an experienced Real Estate Assistant.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Counsel in operational management of the office.


• Order office supplies.


• Book travel arrangements.


• Submit and reconcile expense reports.


• Submit and reconcile part time employee pay sheets.


• Become familiar with Qualia software; generate reports for review.


• Act as a liaison between Counsel and third party vendors.


• Assist Counsel in email management.


• Assist in electronic organization; scan documents to electronic files as needed.


• Assist in planning marketing strategy.


• Plan company-wide and team events including but not limited to internal celebrations and external advertising events.


• Additional tasks as necessary

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically, Microsoft Excel.


• Proven experience as an assistant.


• Experience in real estate closings, title work or related fields preferred.
