Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns
Build and maintain First Federal’s social media presence; respond to comments on social channels
Optimize cost per lead and cost per click using Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, etc.
Audit and optimize new & existing ad campaigns to ensure KPIs (such as budget spend, timelines, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS) are met - both short and long term, and report on all paid and organic campaign performance
Perform audience research, and build data driven target audience descriptions
Plan, execute and optimize paid digital marketing efforts including:
Facebook and LinkedIn ads, retargeting ads, and promoted posts
Google Pay Per Click

Plan, execute and optimize SEO efforts including
Building content outlines
Providing content optimization recommendations
Keyword ranking and analysis
Backlinking strategy and execution
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm and execute new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments, A/B testing and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with Marketing Director, Media Specialist, and Graphic Designer to develop upcoming marketing campaigns.
Work with the Media Specialist and Marketing Director to optimize and grow online presence.
Provide support to Media Specialist in managing bank’s external website.
Qualifications Required
(Required education may be satisfied by experience and/or working knowledge)
Position requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a 2-year college degree of a specialized course of study with course material related to the duties in the Job Summary. The position also requires 3+ years’ experience in managing digital marketing for a medium sized business to include social media management, performance and growth marketing.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Sitting for extended periods of time, requires close visual acuity and the ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment including copy machine, telephone, scanner or other basic business equipment. Some nights and weekend work are required.
