Job Description:

Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. is a team of mental health professionals that specialize in psychiatric evaluations, clinical social work, and family therapy. We are committed to helping patients in our community who are experiencing personal, emotional, marriage, family or psychological problems. Founded in 1991, we offer an intensive outpatient chemical dependency program, psychological testing, and behavioral health and medication management services.
**We will be opening our new Roseville, MN clinic on approximately March 8th, 2021**
In this role you will participate in a standard DBT program certified by the Department of Human Services. Clinicians build and maintain a full-time case load while designing and implementing treatment/interventions reflective of identified patient needs. Job duties include:
- Sitting on a DBT consultation team
- Participating in all components of adherent DBT treatment
- Attending monthly trainings facilitated by DBT teammates as part of DHS certification
- Other duties as assigned

We provide all necessary training for individuals joining our DBT Team. This includes:

FREE Behavioral Tech 5-Day DBT Foundational™ training for individuals as part of their employment with our DBT program. BTECH is the Linehan Institute Training Company, which prepares individuals through their trainings for DBT certification.
Intensive 1:1 training with an experienced DBT Lead
Ongoing consultation & supervision
