Our client is hiring for a go-getter, Mid to Senior UX designer who will be working on a Field Service product. The Sr. UX Designer will be working with a team of designers and researchers with ownership to lead their area in a team consisting of around 150+ designers. The Sr. UX Designer needs to work on creating design concepts and user flows to help the product team create a detailed product plan and then work closely with the engineering team to execute them. This role will play an influential role in shaping product fundamentals and long-term vision.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for web, software, and/or hardware products
• Write functionality design specifications
• Design and implement prototypes, mock-ups, task analysis, usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigational structures, and affinity diagrams
• Generates design ideas; presents and sells designs to product group
• Understands customer needs and motivations and integrates them into product design to contribute to user features and functionality
• Create and implement usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigational structures, and affinity diagrams
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (i.e. HTML and CSS)
• Fluency with standard design software tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
• Understand and integrate customer needs and motivations into specific areas of product design to contribute to user features and functionality
• Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team required

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional product design experience, preferably having worked on enterprise tools
• Ability to create low to high fidelity wireframes quickly and experience in simplifying complex product flows and IA
• Great storytelling ability and a detailed design portfolio representing your work
• Mobile product experience is a plus
