Job SummaryResponsible for generating monthly sales through outbound cold calling of leads, received via the Comcast Business website, which plays a key role in the growth and expansion of Comcast Business Services and its product offerings. Facilitates the sale of Comcast Internet, Voice and TV services to small and mid-size business to new and existing customers. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesConsults with clients on suite of Business Services including: Internet, TV and Voice.Educates prospects about Company products and services as solutions for their business networking needs.Meet and exceed all assigned sales quotas and achieve targeted customer experience scorecard metrics.Updates and maintains prospect database on a daily basis.Responds to all customer inquiries received via the Comcast Business web site in a timely and professional manner.Makes appropriate recommendations to customers regarding business solutions, proposes offers for service and processes orders accordingly.Works with all field operation personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
