We are currently searching for the right person to join our team as a part time Document Imaging Specialist.



 



Our Company’s culture supports customers in achieving their financial goals and dreams.  The Document Imaging Specialist position is a back office position with minimal customer contact.  The Document Imaging Specialist is responsible for efficiently and accurately indexing scanned loan documents while verifying the quality of digital images.  You’ll be able to help contribute to this by:



 



Job Duties:




  • Accurately index all loan related documents in the bank’s imaging system.


  • Classify scanned documentation by type through data entry and field form indexing according to established procedures.


  • Ensure that the image quality of scanned documents is appropriate and conforms to company standards.


  • Ability to perform work at established production rates.


  • Performs other duties as assigned and supports all areas of loan operations.


  • Contribute to the success of the department with willingness to share in all department responsibilities, as required or assigned.


  • Complying with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality and information protection.


  • Complying with all federal, state and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures.


  • Completing and passing all required regulatory compliance training as assigned.


  • Perform any additional duties and tasks assigned by management.


 



Qualifications & Skills:




  • Ability to perform high volume of repetitive procedures with a very high degree of accuracy


  • General banking knowledge, primarily relative to loan documentation is a plus


  • Indexing software experience is a plus


  • Strong organization skills


  • Detail oriented and ability to work in fast-paced environment


  • Ability to multi-task and work independently


  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, based on bank needs, as determined by supervisor.


 



Education, Experience & Licenses:




  • High School diploma or equivalent.


  • Minimum 1 year experience working with windows based software programs Data entry and general PC skills


  • Minimum 6 months previous banking experience.
