Participate in ServiceNow Presales and Delivery services
Serve as a Trusted Advisor, with the ability to advise executives on strategic value-based innovation and insights relative to ServiceNow business transformation programs across the ServiceNow product suite.
Provide subject matter expertise in the design, development and implementation of the following capabilities within ServiceNow platform:
Perform research into program level outcomes in context of client requirements for integration
Lead requirements gathering workshops to provide technical guidance, and assist with capturing all necessary business, functional and technical requirements necessary to design and implement the solution
Research and evaluate technical solutions to make informed recommendations on the most appropriate, efficient and cost-effective solution based on the customer requirements and the statement of work
Design data model and architecture required to implement solution using technology specific best practices and standards.
Refine Agile Stories to accurately document the appropriate level of technical detail for a developer to implement
Identify trends across customer implementations to improve future implementations
Collaborate with ServiceNow Product, Sales, Operations & Professional Services for recommendations, points of view and documentation as needed
Articulate ServiceNow's Position on Program / Project value, outcomes and KPI tracking Research & Skills Development
Maintain practitioner knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, and processes.
Assist with ServiceNow development as needed.
Interface and collaborate with CAI ServiceNow practitioners to ensure successful delivery of scoped projects.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of advanced administration, configuration and development experience on the ServiceNow platform
5+ years of professional IT experience
Extensive enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions in addition to ServiceNow
Fundamental understanding of the ServiceNow platform and underlying capabilities in order to design strategic solutions that avoids unnecessary customizations or technical debt that may pose a risk to future upgrades or platform stability
Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools.
Current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist preferred (Current Release)*
Additional ServiceNow Specialty Certificates are preferred
Preferred experience in leading and managing business transformation with demonstrated leadership driving an organizational transformation in a matrixed organization
