This position will be responsible for implementation of rebate services for new clients, upgrades for existing clients, prioritization and implementation of service and system enhancements, and administration of rebate operations. Member of the Pharmacy Rebate Management leadership team, responsible for oversight and direction of quality procedures for implementations and operations for the department. Responsibilities include ownership of rebate data, customer reporting, oversight of documented policies and procedures, performance guarantee tracking, integration of quality improvement processes and compliance oversight. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
