Indorama Integrated Oxides & Derivatives is currently looking for a dynamic individual to work as a Payroll Time Administrator located at our Port Neches, Texas facility. The Payroll Time Administrator will report to the US Payroll Manager, the role will consist of gathering maintenance and entering data while supporting the Payroll Manager with pre and post audits for 3 business units within Integrated Oxides and Derivatives.

What will be expected from you?
Tasks may include but are not limited to:

  • Maintains US payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data. Daily monitoring and record keeping of files sent to payroll from HR.
  • Compiling payroll transactions on selected entities while utilizing ADP Workforce Now and Enhanced Time (E-Time).
  • Monitors time and scheduling process.
  • Assisting payroll manager with weekly audits of payroll.
  • Calculate vacation payouts for LOA, terms and new hires.
  • Pulling reports from E-time and conducting analysis.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Knowledgeable of all pay schedules and special pay practices.
  • Educate employees on HR channels of service, including ADP Workforce Now App and ADP Portal to support ease of on-line use by employees and supervisors.
  • Tracks missing time. Verify attendance and hours worked. Review ADP E-Time system to identify missed time punches and capture details needed to correct.
  • Record adjustments to previous pay related errors.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors, HR Business Partner and HR Shared Services peers.
  • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.

What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
  • 1-year experience of working with ADP Workforce now.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Multi- state US payroll, namely Texas and Louisiana.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel including use of formulas required.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines whilst working to a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work confidentially.
