Digital CX Strategist

Job Description:

The Digital CX Strategist role will become the subject matter expert on Arrow's customers and web platforms. This position will function as a liaison between global and regional business stakeholders, product managers and developers and will work alongside UX/UI Designers and platform owners globally to drive valuable, immersive experiences for our customers

What You Will Be Doing

  • Help with coordination and execution of user-centered and customer experience research and usability studies that provide actionable insights which influence the business and eCommerce strategy for Arrow's web footprint.
  • Collaborate and support business areas and objectives that align to firm, division and department priorities and focus on customer and user-centricity.
  • Design and execute user research using qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Influence, support and partner with other regional and global multi-disciplinary teams, including other business areas, Technology/Product and Marketing to execute CX/UX projects.
  • Work with and provide supporting documentation to others that influences product, system or application development and implementation to ensure creation of efficient, sustainable and successful results
  • Determine and recommend the most efficient and effective research approaches to solve for business needs and meet agreed-upon objectives, then guiding business areas through the appropriate UX process.
  • Assist with appropriate change management best practices and approach to build rapport, understand customer experience needs, address resistance and reinforce key learnings or results.

What We Are Looking For

  • Requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. Prefer degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology or relevant field.
  • Track record of framing a research study around business problems and identifying customer needs or expectations.
  • Ability to proactively articulate how research will inform or guide customer experience and product strategy - pointing to unmet user needs or new opportunities.
  • Able to expertly research, analyze and consolidate data into trends and share with teams.
  • Constructive problem-solving expertise
  • Expert in both qualitative and quantitative user experience research methodologies and its application to the broader customer experience
  • Strong ability to create research roadmaps to drive large scale projects independently and autonomously, with high levels of ambiguity or complexity, with experience of running multiple workstreams at once.
  • Actively seeks out different audiences/customers/points of view that may not have been considered but are relevant to the customer experience.
  • Has built relationships with cross-functional teams over time to create empathy and advocacy; Considered an influencer and thought leader amongst cross-functional partners in previous work
  • Fluent in English. Mandarin and other language an advantage
  • Experience in Project Management

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:


Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
