Grade: 6 G rade Profile: 3- 11 Fr equency: Hourly E ducation : Required - High School Diploma, or, equivalent Preferred - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution E xperience : Required - 2 plus years related experience and/or training Preferred - 4 plus years related experience and/or training S upervises : None S ummary: The Data Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting Regional Residential Operations with the utilization of data systems designed to collect programming data. The responsibilities will include coordinating the collection of data, training key personnel to utilize the systems, and providing technical support. Providing training for WebEOC and SharePoint to key personnel. 2. Provide technical support and guidance within the Region for key data systems (WebEOC and SharePoint). 3. Coordinate with Regional Director to ensure data systems are populat ed daily with relevant and accurate information and are functioning as Approval (ADA) Rev. 3/10/2020 intended. 4. Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure systems are functioning and being utilized as designed. 5. Coordinate the compilation and extrapolation of key data for Quarterly and Annual Reports to stakeholders. 6. Work irregular days/hours, including nights, holidays and weekends, depending on needs 7. Frequently transverse from one location to another. 8. Meets all deadlines required by program supervisors and federal partners. 9. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English and Spanish. Measurable Deliverables: 1. Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position. 2. Meet regularly with program staff at all levels to understand the impact and goals of data entry and analysis for key areas of the program. 3. Provide feedback to program leadership for use in evaluating individual staff performance and training needs. 4. Develop data collection plans with program leadership. 5. Monitor WebEOC boards to ensure complete and accurate population by Program 6. Participate in scheduled meetings and team decisions and operations. 7. Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed or requested by supervisor. 8. Implement BCFS safety protocols including evacuating with children and other staff in case of an emergency. 9. Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations. 10. Maintain BCFS HHS professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in BCFS employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, children, and community members and complying with required dress code at all times.
